"Saturator X impressed us through its ability to work flexibly both as a sound refiner and destructor. And this with an extreme ease of use combined with a magnificent sound full of nuances. Not only can this tool be successfully used to provide single tracks with more character, warmth and spirit but also, when necessary, it can deliver wonderfully brutal - while always musical - results."
Reviewing T-RackS Saturator X in their August 2016 issue, Beat magazine's team was so impressed that they rewarded it with a 5.5/6 score.
Here are some of their key comments.
"There's a real eye catcher: the "Magic Eye", a high-resolution VU meter that gives information about the intensity of the saturation effect."
"The saturation can be adjusted with utmost sensitivity and precision."
"Saturator X impressed us through its ability to work flexibly both as a sound refiner and destructor. And this with an extreme ease of use combined with a magnificent sound full of nuances. Not only can this tool be successfully used to provide single tracks with more character, warmth and spirit but also, when necessary, it can deliver wonderfully brutal - while always musical - results. Groups of tracks or finished mixes gain a more textured sound with the much quoted 'analog quality'."

Here are some quotes from the original review in German.
