I've received Internal Server Error (code -502), what does this mean?

This is a general error which could mean a couple of things. To start, this could be a result of pressing "Back" after ordering your product. While the error shows, your order still went through. To see the status of your order at any time, go to My Orders.

This could also be an issue with your browser's cache or cookies. Be sure to try clearing these, or trying another browser for purchase.

If your issues persist, try purchasing from a cellular network as opposed to your WiFi connection, or wait some time before trying to order again. Alternatively, try using a different method of payment such as PayPal. 

Before trying to order again, we strongly suggest checking your My Orders page to see the status of your order.
