To obtain the version number, click on the “I” button on your IK Multimedia product. If you are not able to find any version number type “unknown” here.
The “Serial number” is written in the Registration Card (included with your IK Multimedia product, inside the license envelope). If you don’t have a serial number yet or cannot find it write “none” here.
Windows
Right-click on “My Computer” and select “Properties”.
Windows version is shown under “System”.
Macintosh
From Apple menu select “About this Mac”.
The host sequencer or host application is the program in which you are using IK Multimedia products as plug-ins.
If you are using the software as a Standalone application, please select 'Standalone' from the list of Host Sequencers. If you are unsure of your Host Sequencer, please type 'unknown' in the below 'Other' field.
The host sequencer version is the version number of your host, in which you are using IK Multimedia products as plug-ins.
If you are unsure of the version number, please insert 'unknown'.
