I am unable to turn stompboxes on/off via the iRig Stomp I/O, how do I get this working?

Make sure to first check that you are in Stomp Mode. This mode is designed to engage the AmpliTube stompboxes on/off. This mode is indicated with the Stomp Mode LED on your iRig Stomp I/O unit.

On the iRig Stomp I/O, press and hold Pedals 3 + 4 simultaneously to enter or exit Stomp Mode. Once done, an LED next to the unit's GAIN knob will light up red to indicate you are in Stomp Mode.

When you are outside of Stomp Mode, and you are not using the Looper, you will be using Preset mode. This mode is for switching between the different presets in AmpliTube.

Remember, when you are in Looper Mode, you must back out of Looper Mode first by pressing and holding switches 1 + 2, to then access Stomp Mode by pressing and holding Pedals 3 + 4.
