I received this message: “The Serial number has been already registered by another user.”

If you bought a 2nd hand product, please contact IK Technical Support (go to Tech Support Page and click on send an email to support here) for help getting registered.

After a License Transfer Credit is used, a Serial Number will be unlocked to allow registration to be changed to your account.

If you purchased your product new, please scan your sales receipt of the purchase and attach it in the Support Form, (Tech Support Page/send an email to support here). Our team will be more than happy to see how they can help get you working.
