How do I reset IK Product Manager downloads in case of issues?

  1. Find your Downloads

    When you launch IK Product Manager, navigate to the Settings, this is in the upper right-hand corner shown as a Gear Icon. This will show your current Downloads folder location.

  2. Navigate to the folder with your Downloads

    Once you've found the location set for your downloads, open a Finder or File Explorer window, then navigate to your downloads folder. By default this is set to the location below.

    Documents -> IK Multimedia -> IK Product Manager

  3. Delete trouble files or clear files for space

    Once inside this location, find the download you're having issues with and delete the related downloads. Additionally, if you've installed all of your products, you can also clear this entire folder to save some space for future downloads.

    *If you have any SampleTank 4 or MODO DRUM sound content, we suggest backing up the installed sounds and not your downloads. This means you can safely delete these files and back up the location set in your associated program.
