How to install and access TONEX Pedal and TONEX ONE Factory Content v2

The TONEX Factory Content v2 for TONEX Pedal and TONEX ONE is included with TONEX Editor 1.9.1 or newer. To access the new content, download or update the TONEX software for Mac/PC through the IK Product Manager. Then, launch TONEX Editor from your Applications folder or Explorer. The new Tone Models and presets will be available in your TONEX library.  Additionally, to make searching, transferring, and auditioning easier, there are two folders in the preset library called Factory Presets v2 and the original presets in Factory Presets v1.

For users with the Limited Edition TONEX ONE Joe Satriani, or TONEX Anniversary edition(s), the TONEX Editor will include the Factory Library which came with your pedal when restored with the steps below. Limited Edition users can access the factory v2 presets in the preset library or find the new Tone Models in the Tone Model library.

For a fresh install, you can add the entire library to your pedal via TONEX Editor:

1. Click the gear icon in the upper-right corner.
2. Choose Import Default Library.
3. Select Library from the drop-down menu.

Warning: This will overwrite all saved presets on your pedal. Backing up your TONEX Pedal library before installing the new factory v2 content is recommended. Visit our FAQ page to learn how to back up your library here.
