I've altered the original presets on my pedal, how do I get them back?

All of the TONEX devices can restore their original Factory Presets using the TONEX software. This means if you've altered the original presets, you can get these back to their original state quick-and-easy.

If you use a special edition TONEX Pedal, like the TONEX Anniversary Limited Edition, don't worry the Factory Library will include the original presets which came with your pedal.

Below are some steps to walk you through the process.

  1. Open the TONEX application on Mac/PC
  2. Connect your TONEX device to an available USB port*
  3. Enter the Librarian tab
  4. Click the Gear icon to the right of your connected TONEX
  5. Select Import Default Library
*Avoid the use of USB HUB(s) and try to connect directly to the system using the included cable when possible.
