IK is pleased to announce the imminent release of the TONEX Editor, a new, easy-to-use application within TONEX software that streamlines editing.

TONEX Editor is a FREE update that lets you make real-time adjustments with a connected TONEX Pedal, or TONEX ONE and gives you complete control over any parameter or function inside both pedals via one elegant interface. It introduces a redesigned GUI that supports previous library presets and folders. And you'll find adaptive, resizable windows with more ways to display information.

A new librarian section simplifies the organization of TONEX pedals. You can choose between a double-column view displaying hardware and software libraries side by side or a single layout view to access folders, collections and advanced filters.

For editing, a new floating window allows you to browse Tone Model amps, cabs, custom IRs, and VIRs, giving you direct access to all the above in the hardware memory and computer library. You can also quickly audition Tone Models on the pedal using the arrow keys.

A dedicated auto-load button quickly loads any selected Tone Model or preset from the software library into the hardware library's designated slot. You can audition the Tone Model there before confirming an overwrite or reverting to the pedal's original status.

In February, the TONEX Editor will add a new dimension to the Ecosystem and further represent IK's relentless pursuit of tonal perfection in the studio and on stage.
