IK is pleased to announce a release date for TONEX Editor, the new, easy-to-use application that streamlines editing for all TONEX Pedal or TONEX ONE users.

A beta of the TONEX Editor has been submitted to our trusted partners for critical early feedback. In the days ahead, these experts will also publish content and review the editor before its public release on March 13, 2025.

TONEX Editor is designed to manage the hardware library and make real-time edits to Tone Models and presets with a connected TONEX pedal. You can access your entire TONEX library, including Tone Models, presets and ToneNET, quickly load favorites to audition and save to a designated hardware slot on your pedal.

A new librarian section simplifies the organization of TONEX pedals. You can choose between a double-column view displaying hardware and software libraries side by side or a single layout view to access folders, collections and advanced filters.

For editing, a new floating window allows you to browse Tone Model amps, cabs, custom IRs, and VIRs, giving you direct access to all the above in the hardware memory and computer library. Using the arrow keys, you can also quickly audition Tone Models on the pedal.

A dedicated auto-load button quickly loads any selected Tone Model or preset from the software library into the hardware library's designated slot. You can audition the Tone Model there before confirming an overwrite or reverting to the pedal's original status.

TONEX Editor simplifies workflow, providing a streamlined experience that allows you to prepare TONEX pedals easily for the stage and further represents IK's relentless pursuit of tonal perfection.
