The latest TONEX Factory Content v2 expands the creative arsenal with a brand-new collection of Premium Tone Models using advanced training and presets optimized for live performance. TONEX Tone Models are unique captures of rigs dialed into a specific sweet spot. TONEX presets are what you use for performance, combining Tone Models with added TONEX FX, EQ and compression.

Slot A delivers clean, smooth tones, Slot B adds crunch and drive, and Slot C pushes into high-gain or lead territory, allowing smooth tone-switching in any setting. Five dedicated amp-only banks provide a rich foundation of tones for players looking to integrate external IRs or run directly into a power amp. How to Get Started
The TONEX Factory Content v2 for TONEX Pedal and TONEX ONE is included with TONEX Editor 1.9.1 or newer. To access the new content, download or update the TONEX software for Mac/PC through the IK Product Manager. Then, launch TONEX Editor from your Applications folder or Explorer. Once installed, you can access the new presets and Tone Models separately in your TONEX library.
Additionally, for Limited Edition users (TONEX ONE Joe Satriani & TONEX Pedal Anniversary) and to facilitate easier searching, transferring, and auditioning, the preset library has two folders: Factory Presets v2 and the original presets in Factory Presets v1.
For a fresh install, you can add the entire library to your pedal via TONEX Editor:
- Back up your pedal's library if you haven't already. Learn more.
- Click the gear icon in the upper-right corner.
- Select Library from the drop-down menu.
- Choose Import Default Library.
