Combined with iRig Mic, Voice Band brings a revolutionary new way to make music with your voice. It transforms your voice into an instrument in real time, but doesn't simply alter your voice to sound like an instrument.
IK Multimedia's iRig Mic, the first handheld microphone for iOS devices, is perfect for making quality audio and vocal recordings with many of your favorite apps. Each week we have been featuring some of those apps, and IK is proud to feature WaveMachine Labs' Voice Band as the iRig Mic App of the Week.
Combined with iRig Mic, Voice Band brings a revolutionary new way to make music with your voice. It transforms your voice into an instrument in real time, but doesn't simply alter your voice to sound like an instrument; it actually plays a real sampled instrument, which follows what you sing. Voice Band features a recorder, which lets you build a song, one instrument at a time. Auto pitch mode helps you stay on key, and if you're a musician, you'll appreciate the adjustable scale and metronome. Voice Band also includes a built-in effects processor with distortion, reverb, and delay.
