• Background in DSP, embedded systems, firmware, or audio software
• Experience as musician, producer, sound engineer, or audio enthusiast
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

• Build and maintain custom Linux Embedded distros using the Yocto Project
• Configure and tune the Linux kernel with preempt-rt patches for low-latency audio performance
• Develop, integrate, and set up drivers for in-house embedded platforms
• Create and maintain BSPs (Board Support Packages) for ARM-based hardware
• Generate system images, toolchains, and custom Yocto layers
• Analyze and optimize system performance — reduce jitter, latency, and resource usage

• Solid experience with the Yocto Project (layers, recipes, images, BSPs)
• Strong knowledge of Linux Embedded and kernel configuration
• Hands-on with real-time systems and preempt-rt patches
• Familiar with Linux audio subsystems (ALSA, JACK, PipeWire)
• Experience with ARM architectures (Cortex-A, Cortex-M)
• Basic knowledge of C/C++ and scripting (Bash, Python)

The Quality Manager is responsible for defining, implementing, and monitoring quality management systems, ensuring that products and processes comply with company, regulatory, and industry standards.

• Define, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (ISO 9001 or other relevant standards)
• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements, internal standards, and customer specifications
• Manage internal and external audits
• Analyze non-conformities, customer complaints, and feedback
• Establish and monitor quality KPIs

• Technical Diploma in Electronics, degree in Engineering (preferred)
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in similar roles within manufacturing or industrial environments

Due to expansion and addition of a new department, we are looking to recruit an Electronics Hardware Engineer to join our team, based at our company headquarters in Modena, Italy.

No less than 3 years experience in audio electronics engineering including:

• Schematics and multilayer PCB layout design for mixed signal high quality audio devices
• Analog stages
• Digital stages design, MCU and peripherals, controls, displays etc.
• Audio ADC and DAC stages
• Experience with recent leading ARM MCU platforms like STM, NXP etc.

• Experience in switch power supplies and audio power amplifiers
• Experience with EMC (electrical safety is a welcome plus)
• At least basic knowledge of FW structures and C/C++ programming

Due to expansion, we are looking for a full time Firmware Engineer to join our team.

• 3+ years experience developing embedded firmware
• Fluent in the C programming language with excellent programming skills
• Strong understanding of device level programming for microcontroller-based embedded systems
• Experienced in device driver and board support package development

We are looking for a Sales Program Assistant to join the IK sales team to assist our sales staff to support our reseller network.

• Review and consolidate sales reports for analysis and reporting on trends and results
