The MESA/Boogie Reference Signature Collection for TONEX gives you instant access to five one-of-a-kind amps. These era-defining amps have withstood the test of time with their sonic mojo, feel, and many feature components that are no longer available.
Fluff from the Riffs, Beards & Gear channel dives into the TONEX collection for the first time, exploring the 70 Tone Models with and without cabs. Is the MESA/Boogie Reference collection right for you? How easy is it to dial in new sounds? Have a look.
MESA/Boogie and Doug West fine-tuned and dialed in all of the tones for all of these amplifiers. You don't see Boogie participating in these kinds of things. I just think that really adds another layer of coolness and genuine tone.
It's incredible that they used the actual Peper's Petals Dirty Tree by name in some of the rectifier captures.
There's an info panel here, which is a great feature because you can see exactly what was used to capture the tone. Again, I love this information down here: that the graphic EQ was ON on this particular tone capture.
