How to reset your password

Our new store uses a new account system. To set a new password, log in first and then open the password reset page.

  1. Log in to your account

    Click the account icon in the top right corner of the page and sign in with the email address you use for your IK account.

  2. Open the password reset page

    Once you're logged in, go to the Reset password page.

  3. Choose a new password

    Enter your new password, confirm it and save. You'll use it from now on to access your IK products and downloads.
