ARC STUDIO+

Hit-ready monitoring in any room

The Next Evolution in Room Correction.

INTRO PRICE$399.99 Regular price$449.99 excl. tax
Your room is part of every mix you make, whether you like it or not. ARC STUDIO+ takes it out of the equation. It sits between your source and your speakers and corrects what you hear before it reaches your ears, so every session, every DAW and every playback source finally sounds the way it really is. Plug in the ARC microphone, start a calibration right from the front panel, and your monitors and subwoofer are corrected and aligned, no computer needed. Want to go deeper? ARC X unlocks guided multi-point calibration for maximum precision. Powered by the ARC correction engineers have relied on since 2007, and now with integrated sub management, USB-C and optical digital I/O, and three instant-recall scenes.

Accurate monitoring anywhere.

The most expensive monitors in the world cannot compensate for challenging room acoustics. ARC STUDIO+ measures your room, your monitors, and your subwoofer, then delivers reference-grade accuracy with any speakers and any sub. Correction runs outside your DAW, so there’s no plug-in in your session and nothing to remember to switch on. Whether you work in a dedicated studio, a compact writing room, a hybrid setup, or a temporary space, you hear your mix instead of your room. Standalone calibration, automatic subwoofer alignment, and full-range 20 Hz to 20 kHz correction bring your system into focus fast. Kick and bass lock together, vocal presence is easier to judge, and your decisions translate beyond the room.

OVERVIEW

20 YEARS OF ROOM CORRECTION IN A BOX

From the pioneers of studio room correction

ARC STUDIO+ comes from IK Multimedia, the creators of ARC System, the original studio acoustic correction platform introduced in 2007. Nearly 20 years and five generations of measurement technology later, ARC is trusted by thousands of professional studios worldwide.

Plug it in. Press one button. That’s the entire setup.

Connect the included ARC measurement microphone to the dedicated calibration input and calibrate directly from the hardware. Standalone mode supports fast 1- and 3-point measurement with no computer, DAW, or audio interface required. It reads your speakers, your sub, and your room, then corrects everything in real time.
When you want deeper analysis and customization, connect ARC STUDIO+ to ARC X for higher-resolution 7- and 21-point 3D room measurement, target-curve editing, and advanced profile management. Correction profiles are stored in the hardware, so ARC STUDIO+ keeps working the moment the software is closed.
What you end up with is a monitoring system that’s finally honest. What you hear is what leaves your studio.

Perfect Sub integration

Low-frequency accuracy without the guesswork.
A subwoofer only helps when the whole system moves as one. ARC STUDIO+ automatically detects a connected subwoofer and integrates it with your mains as part of calibration, aligning gain, crossover, phase, and delay with no external processors and no manual measurement work.
The result is a cohesive stereo or 2.1 system with tight, defined low end. The relationship between kick and bass becomes easier to judge, and low-frequency decisions translate more reliably outside the studio.
- Automatic subwoofer detection and routing
- Gain, crossover, phase, and delay aligned automatically
- Works with any brand of monitors and any subwoofer.

Analog, digital, or hybrid

Balanced combo XLR/TRS inputs, balanced XLR monitor outputs, a dedicated subwoofer output, USB-C digital audio, and optical S/PDIF input and output let ARC STUDIO+ fit naturally into modern monitoring systems, in stereo or 2.1.
USB-C playback sends audio directly from your computer to your monitoring chain, while optical digital connectivity lets compatible systems stay in the digital domain from source to speaker. It drops into console-based, hybrid, and fully in-the-box setups without rethinking your routing.

Nothing else does all of this in one box

Monitor controllers route sound and switch speakers. They don’t fix your room or integrate your sub. Simple room EQ boxes apply generic curves, often only to the mains, with limited bass control and no automatic sub alignment.
Plug-in solutions require a computer in the loop, add latency, and can’t address the analog side of your monitor chain.
ARC STUDIO+ is different:
- Standalone hardware that corrects your entire monitoring system, including the sub
- Powered by ARC X, the latest generation of IK’s ARC technology, first introduced in 2007
- Refined over years of real-world feedback from studios of every size
- Works whether you’re fully in the box, hybrid, or running hardware synths and outboard
- Audio quality and a feature set that nothing else offers at this price.

Recall your setup instantly.

Three programmable Scene buttons on the front panel provide instant recall without touching a computer. Each Scene holds a complete configuration, including calibration profile, speaker routing, subwoofer on/off state, and input selection.

Keep one Scene for your mix position, one for a second listening position, and one for a translation-check curve. Switch instantly from the front panel and manage your Scenes in depth in ARC X.

Scene 1. Mix position

  • Your exact sweet spot at the desk
  • Surgical accuracy for EQ, compression, and spatial decisions

Scene 2. Artist on the couch

  • Perfectly corrected “sofa” position
  • Your artist hears the record the way it’s meant to sound

Scene 3. Translation check

  • Alternate curve for car, consumer, or club tilt
  • Mono, band-limited, or a different speaker set. You decide.

TECH

IN DETAIL

IN DETAIL
Correction is only as transparent as the signal path it runs through. ARC STUDIO+ is built around mastering-grade conversion and premium internal clocking, with more than 120 dB of dynamic range, ultra-low distortion and jitter, and near-zero latency processing.
The result is a processor that corrects your room without coloring your audio. Working digitally over optical or USB-C, the correction chain is inserted with no additional A/D or D/A stage, so nothing enters the signal that was not already there.

- World-class conversion and clocking
- More than 120 dB(A) dynamic range
- Digital I/O skips unneeded conversion stages
- Near-zero monitoring latency
